I have lived here since August of 2014 & I can honestly say I love it !! The wonderful ladies in the office has become my family of Aunts, Moms, & sisters. I wouldnt want to be anywhere else. Here I feel safe because they look out for me to make sure I never want for anything. The apartments have all been restored and they are amazing. The best part is that my dearest friend Sabrina Chelsea Phillips is one of the greatest friend I could ever ask for, she is great at what she does, & she cares about her residents. I HONESTLY WOULDNT LIVE ANYWHERE ELSE..THATS JUST HOW AMAZING THEY ARE !!! Trevecca Towers is the BEST !!! OH YEAH AN THE BEST PART IS THE OFFICE LADIES HAVE OFFICIALLY NAMED ME POLLY POCKECT !! THIS IS A WARNING ABOUT THIS PLACE FROM A FORMER TENANT WHO HAS ALWAYS PAID ON TIME AND WHO REALLY CARES ABOUT PAYING BILLS ON TIME: THIS PLACE GOES THROUGH MANAGEMENT LIKE EVERY 6 MONTHS AND THEY LOSE PAYMENTS AND EVERY THING ELSE IN BETWEEN MANAGMENT. I STAYED HERE FOR 5 YEARS. MOVED OUT IN OCTOBER 2021. MADE SURE NUMEROUS TIMES THAT EVERYTHING WAS PAID IN FULL BEFORE WE LEFT TO AVOID ANY ISSUES. WE ALSO GAVE THEM A FORWARDING ADDRESS BEFORE WE LEFT WHEN WE RETURNED OUR KEYS(IN CASE OF ANYTHING COMING UP). NOT ONCE DID THEY ATTEMPT TO CONTACT US AND THEN PROCEEDED TO SEND A BILL TO COLLECTIONS FOR (CLEANING AND CARPET REPLACEMENT) EVEN THOUGH WE HAD A DEPOSIT PAID FOR THAT. ALSO PAID DEPOSITS FOR BOTH MY DOG AND MY CAT. NOW THEY HAVE RUINED ME AND MY ROOMMATES CREDIT OVER SOMETHING SO SIMPLE THAT WE COULD HAVE PAID IF WE WERE JUST CONTACTED INSTEAD OF THEM BEING LAZY AND JUST SENDING IT TO COLLECTIONS. THEY ALSO HAVE LOST 2 PAYMENTS IN THE TIME WE STAYED THERE THAT WE HAD TO PAY TWICE BECAUSE THEY LOST THEM IN BETWEEN MANAGMENT. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND REALLY THINK ABOUT IT BEFORE YOU RENT HERE. The apartments floods several times a year also it messed up all the furniture and its like a 6 inch deep in the apartments the apartment owner will not do anything about it and said its not his problem to help i dont w ant to pay $876 for a aparment for 2 bedrooms and it floods and them not doing anything about it. more ... hide ...
