Hmmm well it was a good place but unfortunately not anymore. Its more like a prison now. Bolted down windows, all but 1 tiny window, and no way to leave the door open, no fans of any kind so no ventilation. God forbid yo u have medical issues requiring ample ventilation. Oh well. Not to mention what this does to a persons mental health! But who cares right? Some need to go at night when its less crowded but that was taken away too! No more 24 hrs. Oh and when the pool was open it shut down at 6! Seriously?! This all happened at once too with absolutely no warning whatsoever smh this place has become so sad and depressing. I miss Daphne the most and David was great but sadly he left. Maintenance was great when they were in charge but now I havent had maintenance here in months and Ive even reported the issues more then once. I use to have high hopes for this place and it used to feel like home but sadly not anymore more ... hide ...

I do not recommend living here. We pay close to $1000 a month in rent and there are flying bugs and the neighbors are so loud after midnight. The walls are so thin you can hear everything and the neighbors play their mus ic so loud you could literally party with them in your own apartment. When we call to make a complaint hoping the neighbors will turn their music down because we have to work the next morning nothing happens they do nothing about it. So our sleep is disturbed a lot. I just feel with the amount of money we pay we shouldnt hear our neighbors nor have flying giant roaches. Ill never move here again. more ... hide ...

Beware if you have kids that ride the bus and dont have the time to babysit them at the bus stop they recently moved in a family and thier son is a complete bully who has been attacking other kids and destroying property multiple complaints to the parents and the office have been made and nothings been done except a passive agressive note put at everyones door that said kids under 13 need to be watched by an adult but hasnt been enforced since they left them months ago my other complaints are that people blare loud sound systems in their cars for 30m+ and the office dosnt do anything except another note that hasnt changed a thingUpdate: before we signed our lease and moved in we were promised the rent would NEVER change since this was a low income apartment, but apparently they new owners wont honor that and are raising our rent $200 when we renew our lease. Also nothing I listed above has changed except more passive aggressive notes threatening legal action (which how are you going to do that when you dont know whos doing it) the lady at the office wont answer the phone and isnt there most the time after noonish (even though shell get rude and say she was there all day) overall this is the most stressful, rudest, and most demanding, apartment complex I have ever lived in. more ... hide ...

Horrible, horrible, horrible is all I am going to say! The apartment lady with the blonde hair thinks her stuff dont stink! The apartments are cheaply made. Dont rent here unless you have to.
