Very unprofessional, never answer the answer literally just a complete waste of time! If your looking to lease with them check elsewhere Ive been calling this complex for almost 4 weeks straight now trying to get le asing information and been getting no answer , still havent received a call back and even went up there and their not open to the public smh! more ... hide ...

After filling out the almost 20 page application which required things such as my bank account numbers what bank I use if I had any life insurance policies with cash value etc. I went to turn in my application only to fi nd out that it was a $20 charge for them to just look at it then I said that it was myself and my child and my wife and it went up to $40 for some reason? This was after I waited on an application because I work through the weekdays and there was never any in the application box. Not only that when I would call from work during the weekdays their phone number did not work that was on their website.But either way I called and asked why they needed to know my bank account information and how much money was in my accounts and she said that it was required and then she said in a snarky tone \"sorry\" as if the conversation was just over and she didnt care. No wonder there are vacancies. more ... hide ...

Lived here almost two years. Office staff is always very friendly and understanding of situations. Property manager is friendly and keeps good records. Maintenance is always very timely. I even had a emergency with sewag e backing up and he came in the middle of the night to help me get it under control until the main issue was fixed the next day. I watch Maintenance cleaning and working on the property daily to keep it looking nice. Unfortunately residents do not do their part so its a constant battle. Has gym, on site laundry as well as hookups in apartments. Little library in gym area for kids. Considering it is a high crime area, the property itself is relatively quiet. Most of the worst crimes come from the market behind the apartments. We have also enjoyed st. B and Burt elementary school teachers. Overall for the price, it is a great place to live since it is affordable for low income families. more ... hide ...

Been living here for 8 1/2 yrs. We have had 1-2 awful property mgt. We had good, bad, ugly!!!! ONLY BAD THING ABOUT THIS PLACE NO WHERE FOR THE CHILDREN TO PLAY.
