Its a 0 for me. I was referred by the journey home & I cant begin to tell you the trouble living at this place has added to my life!Just read and listen to the reviews. Sava yourself the hassle and look elsewhere .The office manager no longer works there as of 9/2021. This may change some things but its privately owned so you cant really say for sure. more ... hide ...

Nice place and my daughter and her roommates have had real big issues. The issue I have is every time I call the office I can never get anyone to answer or return my call. Seems like ever other month they are doing an audit and they try to get you to pay for something that you have included in rent like washer and dryer. Now water as there is no meter. So they send a letter which says see attached and there is nothing attached but want answer to phone to talk about it so I can pay or know where to go pay. more ... hide ...

Management is a joke¦ Karen is never there and Gretchen stays in her apartment more than she does anything else¦.. landscaping is horrible¦. They dont up keep it as they should¦. The front of the apartmen ts have cute flower beds if they were just kept clean and taken care of¦. If your significant other is not on the lease then good luck bc they can only stay one night a week or maybe that rule was just for me because I know someone who lived there for 2 years and wasnt on a lease¦ guess each tenant has different rules! They say there income based yet charge you $800 a month and the apartments are INFESTED with brown recluse! Not to mention when you go to move out dont expect your full deposit back bc it WONT happen¦ any excuse to keep your money they will find it! Just go live in a box bc its better than living in these apartments! more ... hide ...
