I live at and love this property. We have an excellent manager and maintenance man. The apartments are so nice and well kept, with 9 foot ceilings, private porches, washer/dryer closet, large tile tub walls, beautiful ceiling fans, and so much more. Everything works , , , ice maker, garbage disposal, dishwasher. All of my kitchen appliances are GE, even my built-in microwave. It is also a quiet property for 55 and up, for lower income people. It is so rare in this day and age to find something so beautiful for low income people and/or the elderly. more ... hide ...

had I known how difficult they make it for a person to actually get an apt I would have never recommended this place to my client. I will not recommend them to anyone else.

Nashonda was very kind, patient and professional! I had so many questions, and she answered them all. I even had the chance to experience Kim compassion as she had to contact her to clarify a requirement.Ive been loo king for a place closer to work. Was a bit stressed when I arrive to the complex as I was on a tight time frame to move as I issued my 60 day notice at current apartment.Its a beautiful, quiet and small complex. Has all the amenities that I was looking for. I applied, and was approved the same day. Im so excited to move , and now I am also applying for my daughters to have their first apartment here as well. First, let me start by saying that this is the quietest complex Ive ever lived in. I have an infant son whom Ive lived here with since he was 9 months old and I feel extremely safe walking around outside in the e venings. Once I put him down to bed theres never been an issue of noise to wake him up. During my stay, my relationship status changed and my girlfriend moved in, management couldnt have been more understanding. They welcomed her the same way I was welcomed and couldnt have been friendlier or more understanding during the process. Speaking of management; Bridgett and Amy have been nothing but kind to me and now that weve decided to move closer to our jobs both women have helped my girlfriends son become a resident here. Ive never had to deal with maintenance because nothing in my unit has ever gone wrong but seeing them in passing they seem friendly.None of the other reviews mention how clean the grounds are but after having lived in apartments in Houston for the past 16 years, I dont think Ive ever lived in a cleaner environment. I literally never see trash anywhere and the dumpster area is always well maintained.Like Ive mentioned already, my girlfriend and I have recommended her son to live her, and I would recommend anyone, friend or family to do the same. more ... hide ...
