Run as fast as you can, DO NOT live here, if you can find something better then do so. The drive in gate to get in is always broken so who knows who is coming in and out, with no security anything can happen in this plac e. My moms apartment got broken into, unsure if someone living there did it or someone from the outside as they have easy access into the complex. She talked to other residents who also stated their apartment got broken into when they first moved in. The property manager is on maternity leave so the person in charge for the time being is Erika Herrera who is extremely rude. Some of the neighbors showed my mom where she lived so they could get assistance for the broken window and she told my mom, \"Im not on the clock\" can you believe it, any decent human being would have assisted in some way she is a horrible excuse for a human being and should not be running anything. She told my mom to call the apartment line and leave a message, so my mom had to sit in her apartment and wait for them to do something. My mom is a tiny 72 year old women, who feels unsafe in this place, the first chance we get, she is out of there. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! more ... hide ...

These are some nasty apartments i wouldnt tell no one to stay here cops are here everynight and i dont mean one or two 10 at a time ghetto people are here too always people fighting and shots are always fired at night ti me the rent is okay and everything but it is not a safe environment for no one with kids my house stayed getting broke in the gates never work washers and dryers smell just like cats the office people are rude they always in your business so dont move here run run run with your moneyyyyyy.....! more ... hide ...

I thought the apartments was amazing well kept and beautiful I love that the office staff is no none sense due to the neighborhood this is the best complex on the west side however the professionalism of the leasing mana ger is a bit off not all people are running games and not all people will be disrespected or chided as if Im a child or talk crazy toBesides all the negative vibes from the leasing manager I thought they was nice the other lady was very patient and helpful and understanding made up for the dramaThe head chick needs to calm downI felt that she didnt want me in there so she created a issue and became irate unethical and very unprofessionalU cant talk to anyone disrespectfully regardless if Im asking a million questions patience goes a lot further then raising your voice and talking crazy to someoneVery Disrespectful more ... hide ...
