The ladies at the front are very nice, yes! But once ure in they dont even mind working on maintenance orders been waiting for them to come fix my shower for about a month allready, cabinets are loose I have a wat er leak down my sink and everytime I call to make a complain they leave u in the longest hold. Especially Melanie, honestly Im disappointed living here.. and want to charge me \"late fees\" for supposedly late rent . I have never been late.. cant fix nothing but yet they expect money rent on time more ... hide ...

So far living here has been better than I expected it would be. The management team has been very polite and professional towards me and have addressed most of my requests as far as maintenance goes. Seems like they are cleaning up the property and doing a good job so far.Now thats not to say everything is to my liking as I do have a few issues. The main problem being my kitchen floor. Water is seeping up through the grout which hasnt fully addressed or taken seriously enough in my opinion. With that said, otherwise, everything else has been addressed in a timely manner...Now, to the main reason I am leaving a review.... the maintenance man.... Miguel, is totally awesome! Very polite and even cleans up after himself. I give Miguel 5 stars. more ... hide ...

The apartment itself is good, the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. The issue is with the staff. They are constantly changing management. Every new manager at the office never know what they are doing. I was charged ov er $1000 for breaking the lease when in fact I got someone to take over and the manager at the time Samantha told me everything was in good standing. My mistake was taking her word instead of getting a letter from her saying everything was good to go. Of course when I tried to confront her, she was not working there anymore and there was a new manager. They also tried to charge me cleaning fees when I actually left the apartment spotless. I won that fight because they didnt have pictures or proof that the apartment was left damaged or dirty. Which just shows you they tried getting away with that one to see if I wouldnt say something! more ... hide ...

I have lived here since about 2017 and I have very mixed feelings. The apartments themselves are decently nice upon first glance, but the management (manager specifically) is kind of¦idk how to put it. Again Ive l ived here for quite a few years now and every time she sees me I get questioned on if I live here, what Im doing here, etc. and as a young person of color I definitely feel singled out in that respect. Recently the water pressure in all the sinks and showers have gone down the drain, and no one ever picks up the phone. Ive had my car broken into and it just so happened that the cameras (trail cams at the time) were all erased. Now theres not even trail cams up. Ive been accused of leaving out my dogs restroom but it wasnt filed and we did that for your benefit. No maam. There needs to be proof and I know for a fact it did not happen like that. Our dishwasher was not installed correctly and the maintenance team had to collaborate to figure out how to screw the placements in since it was installed directly under a stone countertop. When they send you a notice to fix or remove something, details are not included and theyll come back and be like oh well we meant this after youve done all the work in 100 degree heat:/. Again the buildings are decent for subsidized housing but lord have mercy the manager gets under my skin like nobodies business. The assistant manager (male) on the other hand is extremely nice and I way prefer dealing with him over the manager (female). Its like dealing with that mother in law that no one wants to deal with honestly. Ive made it a point to befriend many of my neighbors and some of them have had even worse experiences with the manager.All in all the apartments and amenities are totally worth it¦but if you cant deal with a monster in law as your manager I would not suggest it. more ... hide ...
