where to begin, just moved out after a year and a half of living at autumn chase, and it has been a long time coming, from the repetitive sewer spillage problems every other month or so that they refuse to clean up withi n a reasonable time (meaning 1-2 weeks at least. a few months ago it took a month literally) that blocks every single walkway into the complex and left smelling terribly to where there is extreme health hazards, along with the wonderful hopscotch game to get into or out of your apartment dodging the sewage. Terrible cellular service to where its a complete dead zone, multiple other tenants allowed to have chairs, benches, plants, shoes, tables, and trash for days outside their doors yet we were constantly reprimanded about having a small outdoor bench to sit on. EVERY time the office people walked by we were told to move the bench inside every time we were not using it when nobody else has been warned, talked to, or interacted with about their belongings. even several tenants around our apartment had clothes, sheets, shoes and other various things hanging outside their doors and we felt singled out. dumpster areas never maintained and has trash everywhere except inside the dumpster. the charging people for visitor parking every time they registered to park after switching towing companies several times, and feeling unsafe walking around outside to even check the mail due to lots of crime in the area. cops called out regularly, gunshots are a constant sound especially at night. and the office staff changes every couple months. citywide ordinance banning outdoor grills or open fires in the complex that was never enforced. pool maintenance was terrible, AC broke down multiple times especially during the summer, and lets not forget the wonderful roaches that they have let get out of hand. overall noise in the complex was usually very excessive in the mornings especially, and the constant flow of traffic to the other apartments at early hours or late hours was terrible. would not recommend. more ... hide ...

As of current resident of Woodmond apartment and paying FULL RENT this apartment complex is the worst, It is not save for the kids to play outside. My car hit at the parking lot when I ask help from office they said sor ry we cant help you, the catholic converter of my car stolen when I ask office how you can help me, they unprofessionally said cant help you. The window of my car got broken and the items stolen when I ask help from office stuff they unprofessionally said (call the police we cant help you at all). Do NOT recommended this place for anyone, very poor and unprofessional management never listen to your problems at all. more ... hide ...

Was the first resident in 2017 before they finalized the community and construction. Interior design is modern and there is consistent work to maintain the cleanliness of both indoor and outdoor spaces. Been a local to the neighborhood prior to that move so its an especially pleasant experience. Management and support have always been reliable, responsive, and supportive. A lot of effort put forth into events and services that cater to the residential community. Resident app makes it very convenient to communicate to staff RE utilities services, general questions, or rent payments. Amenities, playground, and park are maintained frequently. I lived on the property for some time before finally getting my home. It was a blessing to be able to have lived at Unique Gardens for close to 10 years.
