My parents have lived here for over 30 years and they have not had any issues. Yes some things could be updated however its my understanding its beyond their control and falls back on if the state/section 8 has the funds. I cant say nothing bad about the staff they have been there for us , dealt with any concerns , answered our questions and sometimes I think - they do what they can with what they have or allowed to.Liliana more ... hide ...

I called several times and left messages. I stopped by on a Thursday before 5 and no one was there. Had to send several emails to get a response and then was told as punishment that I was going to be put on a waiting lis t when I turn my application in. I applied for a teaching position in Plainview but am from out of town and need an apartment. I was told a 3 bedroom was available but now I was going to be put on a waiting list. This place really needs to become more professional. Customer Service is ridiculous. more ... hide ...

I hate living here since this new so called apt manager has came she is rude dont know how to talk to ppl lies and makes up things on paper work and Im not the ONLY PERSON THAT HAS ISSUES WITH THIS WOMAN will say one thi ng and go in the office and put something different down on paper I had to report one of the maintenance guys here for sexual harassment and every since then I have her harassing me and my kids trying to put me out over everything never heard nothing from housing about the complaints i made so Im looking to move to have peace and happiness for my babies more ... hide ...

This management needs to do better I literally have mushrooms growing in my master bedroom between bedroom and bathroom as the tub has been leaking since I moved in and I was told repairs were not feasible because they d id not have to piece to properly fix it.water has kept leaking and no now mold problem continues to get worst. By the way when I saw the apartment I was moving into, I was shown a renovated unit virtually but I got a runned down unit. I asked Jackie why the unit appeared differently on line when she did the walk through she said because the unit they use for the virtual walk through is a renovated unit so, false advertising. I moved from another state so I was not able to physically inspect the actual unit. Upon arrival to Houston I found out I had not received what I expected, roaches were flying around like Superman and mold was covered up with paint In both bathrooms. Tub is now pealing so mold is visible in between those cracks. Myself and children have been coughing and sick significantly ;with dry coughs that dont let up. I have taking them to urgent care and they are negative for COVID and every other test. I had sinus infection for two weeks. Myself kids and husband have been sick often since we moved into this unit. This place caught my eye because its appealing esthetically on the outside but the inside of this apartments are a health hazard.Both of my babies 2 and 4 are the one suffering the most because they been sick so much. more ... hide ...
