If could give this apartment 10 stars I wouldIve been here since 2020 of June in a 2bed and 2bath and I have no regrets.I do NOT do or like pest (Rats,Roach,& bedbugs etc.) and I have not seen one thank goodness.The maintenance are very good at what theyre doing by fixing up anything in the apartment and they get the jobs DONE on time with No mess behind. Yess,they do have a New management and rebuilding the apartments. The managers are very caring and sweet hearted and makes sure your taken care of. The remodeling apartments is moderate which I love, not only that everything is brand new.I am grateful that my Daughter and I are comfortable in a peaceful spot not only that shes in a great school close by and she can play with other respectful kids in the area outside .Thank you The Life of Grand Oaks for us to make our apartment a Home Highly recommended more ... hide ...

Were going on our 3rd year living at Laurel Point Senior Apartments. Living here has always been good, but no matter where you live theres always room for improvement. Laurel Point looks to be always striving to do better. Our property manager Shirley is doing her best to communicate better with residents. Its good to see her walk the property to observed and to greet residents.Most residents are on a fixed income, but the rent continues to increase. I pray that the owners of this gorgeous property lower the rent to $800 for a duration. more ... hide ...
