I asked ASHLEY several times in one day to send me a copy of my SS number. I explained to her that I needed it the SAME day by 5:30. She kept telling me she was going to email it to me but never did. I think she was upse t because I didnt rent from their complex and was in the process of renting from another MUCH better than theirs. Thanks ALOT ASHLEY and Ms. PAT, I was approved for a much UPDATED apartment in an PREMIUM AREA WITHOUT the info that I asked for! If I could give a lower rating, I absolutely would! This place is a complete nightmare! Petra in the front office is a major problem! So rude, unprofessional, underhanded, sneaky, and overall a horrible human being (I co uld say a lot more but Ill keep this professional). My family has lived in these terrible apartments for about 2.5 yrs (not that they wanted to but its all there was). Anyway, if youre looking for someplace where your maintenance needs will be handled promptly¦DO NOT MOVE HERE! They ignore major SAFETY concerns and then have an attitude when you cant pay your rent because YOU had to fix the issue! There is no maintenance on site nor do they make any effort to find one. It took over a YEAR to have them do something about a giant hole covered in mold in the master bathroom ceiling. My sister and mother are both highly allergic and had breathing issues (chronic bronchitis) due to this exposure. They had to spray bleach on the hole (which leaked constantly) to kill the mold. Then the dishwasher and disposal began leaking which resulted in a FLOOD! Did management finally do something?? NOPE! All this with twin premie babies in the home. My father was chronically ill and on dialysis and had to buy a shop vac to suction dirty water out of the kitchen and living room! While toddlers were forced to stay in their rooms. Management did NOTHING! Didnt even take the $70 off the rent. My father passed away in January 2021 and PETRA issued an eviction notice to my grieving mother!! I could honestly go on and on but this review should heed warning enough to AVOID this place like the plague! I hope Ive saved yall from this nightmare. more ... hide ...

My problem is I can never get in touch with anyone. The leasing manager never returns calls. There is never anyone in the office to take applications or to answer questions.
