My family has been forced to live here for 2.5 years against their will. If you don't want your maintenance needs ignored and attitude when you can't pay rent due to issues that were not fixed, DO NOT MOVE HERE! It took over a year for them to do something about mold in the master bathroom ceiling which caused my sister and mother breathing problems with twin premie babies in the house. A flood occurred due to dishwasher and disposal leaking, but management did nothing - didn't even take $70 off rent! To add insult to injury, my father passed away in January 2021 and Petra issued eviction notice to my grieving mother!! Avoid this place like the plague - I'm sure this review has saved someone from this nightmare. more ... hide ...

If I could, I would give no stars. It's unbelievable how this business still remains open. I don't reside there, but I have family that does. These apartments are a serious health hazard. Rent comes with pest control services, but nothing has been done, no matter how many requests are turned in. It's impossible for those living in the apartments to treat their own unit, since the bugs just come back from other areas. Kids live here, and it's astonishing that the housing authority has not come in and imposed a penalty for such conditions. The gates have not worked properly in two years. The dumpsters are usually full. The parking is always a problem. Most of the garage doors are damaged, missing, or off their hinges. The only improvement I have seen is the repairing and painting of the curbs. It's about time that the management took care of the health issues and pest problems. And, in the main photo, they show a pool; however, it's been two years since the residents have been able to use it. more ... hide ...

No way I would live there I dont like the apt complex and they are clean enough and secure
