My thoughts on the Maintenance Staff. Maintenance man name RAUL has been faithfully working at the Stonehouse Community almost for as long as I have been a resident here, I have seen at least 5 changes in Maintenance Tea m Managers and just plain regular staff maintenance, and RAUL is the Only Original maintenance team member that exist and forms part of the current Maintenance Staff. After 13 years of being, living proof , without hesitation I want to congratulate the MAUC the Investors for having such professional Maintenance Man as RAUL.Its beyond my comprehension why RAUL possessing his experience , overall skills, knowledge, and High Level of Customer Service, that exceeds all expectations is still in the same position.Whats even Ironic is that RAUL has even TRAINED previous maintain ace managers including the current. I write this review, because he deserves to be recognized. We, 1 3 year residents at Stonehouse Apartment Homes due appreciate all of RAULS hard work, he has given a good number of years of his life to serve this community.That you RAUL and your family for hanging in there and not quitting , even when you have been the only one around at times of distress.You truly exemplify what a Maintenance Man should be.SPANISH TRANSLATION:Mis pensamientos sobre el personal de mantenimiento.
