I paid my 200 dlls deposit without being provided with any information or pictures of the actual unit. Unit was not available for seeing but also size dimensions were not provided. I was told to look at website pictures, but of course no floor plan was available and the pictures were very different the units look way bigger online. My parents gave the 200 dlls deposit personally since I was out of town and the company didnt accept accept online transactions. When I was allowed to see the unit the size was much smaller than what I saw online and my 200 dll money order which my parents turned in without a recipient name (blank) was not returned to me. My parents did not receive any receipt of payment. When I called to tell them I wouldnt be renting the unit after all, the administrative agent said I canceled so I was not entitled to a deposit refund. more ... hide ...

My ELDERLY mother lives here and is not in that great of health so when im off from my job i try to make it a point to stay with her overnight but come to find out that one has to have a parking pass to stay overnight if not their vehicle will be towed ($300 to $400 to get it out). The manager will only allow her ONE PARKING PASS a month which means i can only stay with her once a month..Come on now just because she is on Housing doesnt mean that she should be treated any different than anyone else. I truly believe this is some sort of scam to make money with towing company. I have worked with Housing Authority in other cities and never heard of such a practice. Especially with the elderly. more ... hide ...

These apartments are terribleThe apartment was filthy when myself and my daughter moved in. The thickness of grease on the side of stove and floor was absolutely disgusting.. The bathroom fan actually started on fire bec ause it was so filthy.The management on this property is a busy body that doesnt know nothing about nothing and gets into everyones business on the word of other tenants.My daughter needs some one with her to monitor her but this low life lady with nothing better to do had given to me a no trespassing for property.I do not recommend this housing unless you are in desperate need of a roof.Just hope nothing happens to your child while there. I will loss my mind if something would become on my daughter in this place because not monitored.Very uncomfortable setting when the manager gossips about nothing she knows!Overall make your own judgement. Happy apartment hunting. Youll be happy if not here though... more ... hide ...
