We have lived at Santa Rita for two years and have really enjoyed our home The staff is so friendly helpful knowledgeable and very professional I fully recommend this community to everyone

My ELDERLY mother lives here and is not in that great of health so when im off from my job i try to make it a point to stay with her overnight but come to find out that one has to have a parking pass to stay overnight if not their vehicle will be tow My ELDERLY mother lives here and is not in that great of health so when im off from my job i try to make it a point to stay with her overnight but come to find out that one has to have a parking pass to stay overnight if not their vehicle will be towed 300 to 400 to get it out The manager will only allow her ONE PARKING PASS a month which means i can only stay with her once a monthCome on now just because she is on Housing doesnt mean that she should be treated any different than anyone else I truly believe this is some sort of scam to make money with towing company I have worked with Housing Authority in other cities and never heard of such a practice Especially with the elderly more ... hide ...

We had a good experience. Would of stayed another year but we bought a house. Stuff that needed repair maintenance came out and fixed it with out long waits.
