It is my pleasure to write this review, about Michelle and Carol at the Lodge of Westlake, I was a tenant when this apartment first opened, and decided to move after I put my Dad in a facility. But now do to unforseen re ason of mine, I have to take care of my Dad again, and came to talk to Michelle, and just like that she made it happen and I needed something right away. These two ladies opened their hearts to me and my Dad. Michelle is the sweetest lady that I know, and I have never heard her in any way speak to any tenant in an unprofessional manner, then or now. Carol just like Michelle is so soft spoken, no matter what the situation is, she too handles each one with professionalism. If I could give Michelle and Carol the STARS instead of the apartment, management, I would give these ladies 10 . I have only had one issue and immediately Carol made sure that it was taken care of. God bless them always for the kind and sweet hearts that he has blessed them to have. Love you ladies keep up the great work. more ... hide ...

My mom recently moved out of these apts after living there for 8 years, her husband died last year. He cleaned the pool for free for 10 years and drove the apt van to take seniors to grocery store and other places as the y needed for free he was a very good citizen and helped the seniors all the time . One of the ladies that work there Petra was always very rude, and abrupt with my mom and showed no respect whatsoever , petra demanded the key to the apt the day she moved out, mom was very tired and asked if she could return it the next day ,she yelled at my mother and said no. my mom is 85 years old this lady does not belong working with the elderly. Their is no excuse for the way she treats the elderly. more ... hide ...
