This apartment complex has become a complete nightmare as the management and regional management are both fair housing rights violators, as in they do not comply and are nasty people to all tenants and other employees. They do not address repair requests, even when it is an emergency. They intentionally post payments late so they can assess late charges the upset tenant by a threatening three day notice of eviction due to non payment. They threaten employees whom they wrongfully let go not to file unemployment. They knowingly allow tenants to have people who cannot pass background check to live with other tenants; they knowingly allow illegal activity on property and do nothing. They intimidate and harass most all tenants; they especially target the elderly and disabled. I have personally known over a dozen people who had finally had enough and moved out, along with other people in town who know someone who has had a bad experience at this property. This is a small town and one of two, only low income apartment complexes. That is a very high move out ratio, under the circumstances. Just in the last week, since 3/1/2017, eight move outs (that Im aware of) in a 112 unit complex. PITIFUL more ... hide ...

This is the best community ever. It is beautiful and well maintained. The Property maintenance crew does an excellent job. The office staff are exceptional. From leasing to assisting with any issues they are always on it making sure all your needs are taken care of. They make you feel welcomed and appreciated as a resident. Horrible terrible NON PAVED ROADS. This causes multiple wear and tear on Brian Place apartment residents vehicles. Major pot holes major puddles. Major rocks. . Needs to be repaved.
