Whoever oked the remodel to the laundry center on the townhome side deserves to be fired IMMEDIATELY. You can no longer use quarters. You are required to prepay $10 for a laundry card (only $4 of which goes towards t he balance. $6 FOR A PIECE OF PLASTIC!!) and can only reload the card in minimum increments of $10. So, yeah! I just spent $20 to do a couple loads of laundry.Not to mention, the update on this web page says the rent now starts at $867! I got signed on at a little over $700 just last year, so if thats the improvement thats coming to me when Im up for renewal, IM OUT. You can keep your gentrified, overpriced tomfoolery to yourselves. more ... hide ...

Alexis works the front leasing office. She is the most unprofessional, ghetto leasing manager I have ever came across. She never answers the office phone. Ive sat there and watch her having a personal call on her cel l phone as I stood there for 10 minutes before she helped me. She informed me to always call before coming into the office while trying to process my apartment application. Ill call for hours and would never get an answer. She closes an hour before office hours and she is very rude and snappy. She doesnt greet you or look you in the eye when speaking. The hallways of the building are very cold. The floors are all scratched up and the halls have a terrible stench. Theres bums that live under the bridge where you park your cars. I waited for a month for Alexis to return my call to inform me if I was approved for the unit or not when she said itll be 1.5 weeks. I called 5x a day and left one email a day EVERYDAY for a week just for her to tell me I make too much money hourly. Alexis should be fired! The unit she showed me had terribly scratched up wooden cabnits in the kitchen and some units only have the one day window in the entire apartment. Literally, one window in the living room and theres only one way in and out of the building. Which is a terrible fire hazard. Theyre only out for application fees. Go elsewhere to live!!! more ... hide ...

Im blessed to have her and Ms. Ebony as my landlord, who are always on top of things when you need them. Im excited to move in to our new place that we call home!!
