My mom has lived in these apartments for about 4 or 5 years now. Its getting worse and worse. The staff is very nonchalant about the issues in your apartment. Since Abby and the other maintenance team left they don t even do preventative maintenance anymore. They never have maintenance technicians. My mothers ac has been out for2 weeks now they refuse to fix it.. her neighbor downstairs has a broken door thats been broken for over a month. Those two things are emergencies which is priority which states it on the emergency on call automated voice. So I dont not recommend this complex at all. The property manager clearly dont care about their job enough to be on their staff¦ the recently switch companies or owners and their actually doing worse¦. more ... hide ...

We left Sinclair a week or so ago and I already miss the staff so my Grandmother told me I should take some time to praise the people who keep Sinclair beautiful.When you arrive you will be welcomed warmly by Otegia. She is always so helpful and is honest with her answers to your questions. Hope Tucker is the General Manager and she keeps the place together, you could say she is the glue but she is so warm and understanding, ill never forget hearing about how wonderful and amazing this property was before I arrived and Hope absolutely lives up to the stories. You will notice the place feels like luxury ... It that is all thanks to the housekeeper Karen. Last but not least you have to give an applause to the maintenance man Steve who is newer but the way he showed compassion and understanding during the pandemic to insure everyones needs was an understatement.I hope this gives whoever is reading this the confidence to call and setup an appointment and get to know this great community. more ... hide ...

I just moved into Peters Creek Apartments exactly 1 month ago. I relocated to Roanoke, VA from South Florida. Since I was from out of State, I had to rely on Joy from the office to be my advocate. Since we first spoke, s he was amazing and so were the other ladies in the office. I came July 4th weekend to meet with Joy and submit some papers. She is absolutley delightfull and was all over my application to the very end. I moved in on July 29th and ever since I have been here the staff in the office and the Service people have been fabulous. I had to have some light bulbs replaced and a toilet serviced. All were done in a very quick time frame. The property is absolutely well taken care of, the landscape people come every week. My apartment was immaculate, looked like a brand new place. Beautiful hard wood floors in the hall and dining and kitchen area and brand new rugs in the living room and bedrooms. My neighbors have been so very welcoming. I am so Happy to be living here! I can see mountains off my balcony, so super cool! I can hear the children laughing from the pool in the day time and it is quiet and peaceful at night!! I I am so pleased and excited to be here, I love it!! more ... hide ...
