Dear people, if you want to find the right place to live, the right management for apartment, our apartment - The Garden Grove is this place.I live here for three years. Before that I lived in many apartment complexes, i ncluding the luxury apartment with big office stuff. I can compare, but The Garden Grove apartment with just two people in office - manager and maintenance, is the best one.I happy with everything here. The apartment is in good condition, because our manager every year herself inspect everything inside and outside of every units for fixing and improving. Also at any time (doesnt matter day or night) our manager and her stuff are ready to solve any problem promptly, professionally and polite. They are human love people, ready to help and really helping to their tenants. Together with that their strictly follow the rules and low (about parking, safety, cleaning, etc.) and because that we fill that our apartment if safe place to live. For example, our manager is welcome our guests, but because our quests parking lot is small we the the monitoring of guest parking lot and parking policy.My recommendation to all - try, and, if you will be lucky, you will become the tenant of The Garden Grove apartment.I pray to God, that this manager and her stuff will work here as long as possible.With respect to management of The Garden Grove apartment, to the Corporate Office and to the Owner of property.Current resident more ... hide ...

This review is long overdue. My partner may have posted one previously-removed long ago. I just saw the article about black females being targeted for evictions more than any other demographic in King County. This \"t riggered me\" because I helped a friend write a story about her experiences with blatant racism while living in Seattle/King County. Blatant racism looks like a white female apartment manager at Cedar Park, harassing, discriminating and trying to evict a black female (gainfully employed) on two separate occasions. Failing both times! The homelessness problem in King County is often based on corrupt apartment managers mistreating tenants for no good reason. As a white man, I know plenty of white homeless people myself. Having the lowest group (black women) bounce back from evictions is detrimental. We should try to do better. more ... hide ...

This is the worst experience living anywhere, Ive ever had. Its incredibly unsafe, No maintenance or management for months, HNN relations (higher ups) do not respond, the office barley responds and never knows wh ats going on. I moved here in August and since then its has been harassing neighbors, theft, stalking, broken tub faucets, broken washer, filthy complex, mold and I can go on!The worst issue is that according to my new lawyer and other residents, the previous tenant in my apartment apparently used to do meth here, and sell. She also overdosed and died in my unit. THE LANDLORD DID NOT DISCLOSE THIS TO US WHEN WE SIGNED THE LEASE.We have been watched and had our cameras stolen multiple times along with being robbed out front of my unit by tweakers who stole my truck, phone, wallet and very expensive work things! Cops got fingerprints thank goodness but I still havent received anything from Park Place. No surveillance due to cameras not working ever. So not only have we been robbed multiple times, not aware of previous death in our unit, dirty complex, broken washer so we can do clothes, but the response is ridiculous!!!!These issues have been continuously reported and no solutions. more ... hide ...
