WORST PLACE IVE EVER had the misfortune of falling into. The assistant manager, Nikki Kemper thought it would be okay to invite my wife to screw her brother and is even currently embellishing her own lies about me, my wi fe and even her damn mother all around the complex! She claims my lady had been with her brother multiple times rather than once, that her and her mither partook in group sex and that I had been cheating on her the entire time i lived there. Dunno whos heroin shes been shooting this time, but I personally cannot wait to hear her story this time. And even worse.... brain washed my woman into friendship and thinking it was all gonna be fine and dandy afterwards and got my wife to take a stance AGAINST ME?! I know Im not the best catch, but really? And theres nothing I can do but move at the end of my lease without going to prison or paying an arm and a leg to get out of here. Do yourself a huge favor and STAY FAAAAAAR FAAAAAAR AWAY!!!! For your children, keep away from these \"fun-loving\" HOME WRECKERS!!!***Update: The drama has gotten so bad Ill be paying a visit to the Spokane Housing Authority to ask why I pay almost $600 a month to be treated in such a manner***ANTONIOIm entitled to my opinion just as you are. And this is every bit true. Just because you think you know doesnt make it so. Her dang brother and self ADMITTED TO IT DUDE! So why dont you take YOUR BS and stop worrying about other people you know nothing about. And Ive deleted this entire post 8 times new and it keeps on popping back up. So I give up. more ... hide ...

Maintenance never gets done. Had several work orders for leaking toilet under floor into neighbor apartment for months and the work orders kept being deleted. Ive had over 10 differant work orders deleted. Trash is every where from noone taking it to the compactor. And the worst thing is I have proof they paint over blood on walls from an old lady dieing in her apartment and expanding to the point she exploded on the ground and walls. Still no cleaning crew ever came to take care of the biohazard and moved a new family in the unit.Edit: yes most of my work orders were completed but not all. But that still doesnt give a response to the second half of my review more ... hide ...

Pure trash! Do not rent from this facility until Michelle and Taylor are fired.My parents moved into this complex, got assigned a parking space, and one-week later Taylor had their car illegally towed because of a person al vendetta against the previous person assigned to that space.My parents are older, handicapped, and new to the area, so I have been taking care of their affairs recently. I have called numerous times to talk to Taylor and she continues to avoid my calls. Today I went in person to talk to Taylor, she yelled at me and slammed the door in my face.My parents moved into this facility less than a month ago and this is how they are welcomed. Since we dont have the money to pay for towing my parents will likely lose their car. Now that I have confronted Taylor, she has started to harass and yell at my elderly parents. Be VERY CAUTIOUS before you decide to consider this place. As you can see from the reviews. This is not the first case of disrespect and poor customer service. more ... hide ...
