I didnt rent from here but went through the whole application process to do so, and let me say what a runaround. My partner and I did everything that was asked. First they said wed have to pay DOUBLE the security deposit due to my rental history, which btw wouldve been $2000!!! On top of that wed have to pay first months rent along with it ($950) plus a pet security deposit. Am I made of money??? We were then told that we could be approved with a co-signer, sounds easy right. Well, we found a co-signer and he was qualified, but they claimed there was missing info. We filled out our co-signers application with him THREE times and sent them in, yet still the application either wouldnt go through the system or something was missing. And lastly, we were told over and over that theyd get back to us ASAP, or that their owner should be in soon yet every time we called, they were left unanswered. I loved it there, the entire year and a half I lived there. I lived in the 500 building and the people, especially Dee, were so friendly. Angie was also wonderful and easy to talk to about any issues or concerns we had. The only problem I had was when a higher up person put a note on my door, along with anyone with a dog, saying to pick up all dog poop or vacate within a week. Considering we always picked up after our dog, it was ridiculous for them to be that extreme without knowing who did it. However, I left a well thought out voicemail to them and that was that. No other issues and the apartment was lovely. The only reason we moved was because we purchased our own home, or we would still be there. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a reasonably priced, nice apartment! more ... hide ...

I am so happy to call this place home. Nikki was amazing at showing the property, processing my application quickly, and answering any questions I had. The area is beautiful and I love waking up to seeing/hearing all the birds in the pond (behind my apartment). The neighbors are quiet by me - cant speak for all. The apartments are beautiful. They have wonderful accommodations like attached garages, washer / dryer hook ups, dishwashers, nice stove and fridges. The layouts are very open and they feel like spacious small homes vs tiny cramped apartments I have toured. I do wish they had a place for children to play as I see the driveway is the play area right now, but I guess if everyone knows that and is cautious it should be ok. We will see how the situation unfolds in summer. I would recommend. more ... hide ...

Very poor in returning calls after your loved one passes.They tell u one thing and u wait for the security deposit and get stonewalled .U get told you get the deposit back. bBut u have to file with different places to fight for it.Please consider a different place before moving there or loved ones. more ... hide ...
