I loved it there the entire year and a half I lived there I lived in the 500 building and the people especially Dee were so friendly Angie was also wonderful and easy to talk to about any issues or concerns we had The only problem I had was when a hi I loved it there the entire year and a half I lived there I lived in the 500 building and the people especially Dee were so friendly Angie was also wonderful and easy to talk to about any issues or concerns we had The only problem I had was when a higher up person put a note on my door along with anyone with a dog saying to pick up all dog poop or vacate within a week Considering we always picked up after our dog it was ridiculous for them to be that extreme without knowing who did it However I left a well thought out voicemail to them and that was that No other issues and the apartment was lovely The only reason we moved was because we purchased our own home or we would still be there Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a reasonably priced nice apartment more ... hide ...

The building used to be an old hospital, with extensive hallways and an elevator. Garages, hook-ups for washers and dryers, and heat included. There is a laundry room on-site, though it has only two washers and dryers so that's a bit of a bummer. The neighbors are great and pets are allowed for an extra fee, like many other places. If you would like to check if you meet the financial requirements, give Sharon, the manager, a call. I never thought that a small apartment was something I could manage, let alone this great place. There's no end to the compliments I can give about my new home. Two years in, everything is going smoothly. My only gripe has been the lack of performance from our maintenance man. But now we have a new one and he is terrific. He used to be the assistant to the other guy, and was constantly trying to pick up the slack, but he couldn't do it all on top of handling his own duties.
