Ive lived here for 3 years and the year 2021 to 2022 has by far been the worst. The new management is very unprofessional. Ive tried to talk to corporate about Shaelyn Walker and the way she talks to people but t o no avail. Ive put in a maintenance request months ago for my dryer and its just now got fixed. Also people have entered my home without any notice of any kind and when brought this issue to the office. Shaelyn Walker stated that we do not have to give you a notice but my lease states otherwise. They try to give you a violation and threaten to terminate your lease if you do not allow maintenance to enter even without a notice and thats a violation of my tenant rights and also my lease . It was better when old management was here. I will be finding a new place to raise my family unless new and professional people are in the office. This place has irresponsible management and poor communication skills with its tenants. Inspections are forced on the tenants with no regularity or decent notice. If pet is present you are expected to drop everything to be there when they arrive, which is everywhere between 8 am and never. You cant reschedule without a fine, but theyll treat your time however they please. Parking is restricted to tenants with titles to their car. So if you live here and have a car registered with the apt but your borrowing from a relative or something then you cant park on lot. Or if your on the lot for longer than 2 or 3 days your liably towed. You can never really reach anyone and maintanance takes a lifetime to come and do anything. Abnormally high electricity bills are common here. And we dont have clear reasons to why. I assume its poor insulation and some of the apts were meant for show only..... This place is dysfunctional at best. more ... hide ...

I moved from out of state to be a caregiver for a couple of younger siblings. I was excited to move to a new city and start over into a new chapter. I wasnt able to come and see the place in person, of course I knew I was risking moving into a place that I couldnt physically see. But I was okay with moving and if I didnt like it breaking my lease to find something better. My point of this review is to just let people know that they falsely advertise. I remember asking a woman that works inside the leasing office specifically if there were any bugs or rodents. They assured me there werent any sign of bugs or rodents. When I got to the apartment there were dead roaches on the sides of carpets. It took 1 month and a half but roaches were flooded in the kitchen. Mice ran across my cousins feet. I understand the rent was low, as I have been told the area was rough. But its the false advertising that got my attention to feel upset. They were not honest about the living conditions. Obviously the pictures uploaded are nothing like the real apartments. The day I was supposed to move in was a Friday. I told the office I was traveling all the way from east coast. Travel delayed about 15 minutes and they wouldnt wait to give me a key. Or even find a solution to help me get into my apartment. So I had to take kids to hotel for 3 days 2 nights. I had boxes outside my door delivered before I moved in. Someone stole my belongings over the weekend.The women in the office are rude and unhelpful. They have one job to do professional tenant service and they cant even do their jobs. Ive had situations where I offered solutions to make things easier and they dont care! more ... hide ...
