Hi I just want to say what an AWESOME Maintence staff we have here at Carriage House! When we have bad weather Ice and snow they are out here cleaning the walks and pathways. Even when its the weekend. Also when we have the bad storms and tresses or big limbs come down they are out here working to get all the downed stuff picked up within the hour of the storm! This means a lot to me as for I am in a wheelchair or walker and need these sidewalks clear, I never have to worry cause I know they have done a Wonderful job as to see they are clear. Just want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I appreciate it more than you know! more ... hide ...

I only popped in to see my uncle. I do not know much about the apartment complex. The grounds looks pretty much the same as it has since I first went there to visit my aunt when her and her husband moved into their first apartment, about thirty-five years ago.Other than my uncles unit, which was a in need of maintenance, I havent been in any other for years. I can only rate a business by what I have seen for myself.Which brings me to something that I had come across. I think it was on G-Maps the last time I walked to see uncle. When I brought up the site for Country Club, the pictures in the rental add showed nicely clean and remodeled units, like I have never seen before. I thought that perhaps they might be working on them, just hasnt gotten to my uncles side yet. I really dont know.However, I have also came across this same sort of advertising at another complex. I think they call it \"Summer Set\" (thats a whole other story for another time) student rental housing for UI. It is at the corner on National and State. I have never seen the inside of one of those units looking like what had been advertised, and I truly dont believe they do.I curious about these and a few other housing units here on the Southside. more ... hide ...

I have nothing but good to say about this complex, its staff, and the quality of life that I have been given by moving here to Tipton! It was not easy leaving the area that I had been born and raised in, and spent my whole life in on Indys Northside, but what I got for taking the leap, is a beautiful place to live, in a community that is loaded with surprises, and a new way of life! The community room here in the complex (building) offers a host of new friends as well! I really do like Tipton, and all of its quaint little places to shop and visit! Many are well within walking distance for me as well! Thank you to the staff for making my translation absolutely SEAMLESS! You are all great!Carolyn G more ... hide ...
