When you call the office they take forever to get back to you, the dumpsters ARE SERIOUSLY OUT OF HAND it overflows and trash be everywhere literally!!!!! but they do give free for out to the kids in the summer I gotta put that out there if your looking for somewhere to live with good office people good maintenance this is not the place sorry about it PLUS the roaches here is tremendous and the mice in the winter time oh lord dont even get me started more ... hide ...

This place is a complete dump, only one worse is Woodland apts., elevators constantly break down,roaches every where, fighting, arguing, disrespectful residents that damage your property but dont say anything about it, r ude management, doesnt conform to the state guidelines, refuse to honor choice voucher or anything like that unless youre a black residents, very discriminate against White residents also, and just plain refuse to do anything for the residents that ask for some help with things. Wouldnt even give it a one star rating if I didnt have to so I could leave this rating. more ... hide ...

Love my apartment! I have lived out here for almost 3 years with my son who is now 6. We go fishing in our fully stocked pond right outside our patio its so pretty and relaxing having a pond right outside our back do or. When my stove went out they brought me a new one immediately still wrapped in plastic. When my water heater went out they went installed a new one the very next day. The only problem I have is I can barely find a parking spot and the hallway always has trash in it but my son likes helping me pick it up and vacuum the hallway. They replaced Tina with a very nice lady and Julia is always so sweet and helpful. I would definitely recommend these apartments!! more ... hide ...
