I called on Monday around 3:50pm no answer I walked to the office it was closed. Why is the office closed on the days supposed to be open? When can we come in to speak to representatives? Office staff need to do better o n answering their phone call and open on the open days. I feel like they just open when they want to and close when they want to thats not good. Good location and the apartments are decent in size, free gym access is nice although the selection of weights and equipment is extremely low its way better than nothing. The pool is really nice although Ive neve r gone in they always have a life guard for little kids and I like that a lot. The main issue has to be the cleanliness of the shared living areas. Since living here our shared laundry room has never been cleaned and our hallway carpet (also shared) has been cleaned once. They have said on previous reviews that they are cleaned 3x a month but that is not true whatsoever. The door to my apartment building has been broken for about 6 months and nothing has been done. I want to like living here but Im reminded every time I leave my apartment that we arent really being taken care of that well. I would love to see that changed.Edit: forgot to add that the staff is generally very helpful and good at getting back to you with issues you have. more ... hide ...

The start of our experience was very good here, but as they say, all good things come to an end. We have lived here for a year and a half. We have paid our rent on time every month, caused no issues with other tenants no r have we continually violated lease terms. In the beginning we were charged dog rent and deposit for a dog we didnt even have and never got compensated even after we clarified that we in fact didnt own a dog and were being charged for doing so. Today we found that with no reason given we are told to vacate our apartment at the end of our lease despite the fact we have done nothing wrong. In addition, when we called to inquire about the notice we were told no reason had to be given and they couldnt give us one. I call bs. We have known for a while that they dont like/want us here and have been making other arrangements, however now we are having to put it in overdrive due to their favoritism of some tenants over others. Save your time and money. You will eventually get screwed. I have already notified my attorney and have a consultation Monday as they have not provided a reason and we have done nothing notably wrong. We will be lucky if we get our whole security deposit back at this point. more ... hide ...
