I am a 45 yrs female and my grandson is 4yrs We have ESA cats that are #*#*# hidden# years old My housing voucher is thru Metro West and it expires on the 31st of October I would hope to be in a rental by the 2nd week of September Our source of income is SSI I am full time parent I do not work I would prefer a place that is street level a few steps to enter is fine as I have a portable ramp for my wheelchair I do have 1000 for a deposit I have no vehicles I am interested in having a house but a duplex or townhouse will also be great I am long term tenant I am clean and quiet I would love to have a home with a backyard so that my grandson can have a place to run and play and it would help for his autism Wheelchair access would also be nice and if there is yard maintenance I can do light yard work such as de weeding and watering as I have my own hose I do have my own appliances such as stove and refrigerator so if the unit is need of that I can provide that as well I just want a place that is perfect for us to live and not have to worry about moving again after a short time I would prefer an area that is accessible to stores because we travel on my wheelchair but if not that is fine
