Hi Ive been renting a house in Caldwell for nearly 20 years and landlord is selling and wants me out asap Overwhelmed with this news Rent is currently 850 and my portion is 135 changes yearly according to CS arrears and not sure what portion will be w 1400 rent but I can definitely cover it Was looking into home ownership program but process takes longer than landlord is willing to give me Ive done a lot of upgrades to this house and taken good care of it in spite of their not maintaining anything and allowing me to go wo cooling of any kind for nearly 2 years I was grandfathered in to a reasonable accomodation house w 3 bedrooms as my children now adults had Dx and needed their own bdrooms Am approved for a 2 bedroom or a 2 bedroom w denfam room Was looking at the house on Shelbourne which is a 3 bdroom or can one of those be considered a den This news of having to move has had me beside myself and is extremely difficult on my already challenging anxiety et al But that house is close to freeway as is the house Im having to move out of after nearly 20 years I do have a PSA and a mini doxie rescue and 2 cats and a parrot that I will not allow anywhere that might involve his desire to chew He has plenty of toys for that Thank you PJ ****
