I was living at Parkview Apartments in Caldwell Idaho for 14 years December #*#*# hidden# was the day I moved in and the new mean landlord evicted me over only one month behind in rent which I caught up and she wouldnt take it I have had really nice landlord when I first got the apartment there I think she retired and then passed away The mean landlord quit and left The third landlord wouldnt take me in because of the eviction So I have been car bound for almost 3 years until I got in womens shelter My credit score is pretty low I still believe that I am a good tenant who pays on time as much as I can I would not want to lose the place if I dont pay That is my philosophy when I lived at Parkview and it shall apply to my next place to live
