Hello I have two teenagers a boy and girl

the last five years Ive been staying in the same house and my children simply outgrew our home my credit score is a 630 and if it was 780 I wouldnt be renting Ill be owning

Im a thirty year old woman with a nine year old son and 3almost 4 year old daughter We dont have any pets I have a savings nest for rentdeposit and future rent I can move at earliest convenience if okay I have a 3 bdrm voucher with the lak county housing authority My preferences for a living space is a two or three bedroom area as close to Mundelein as possible I work in town my children attend school here and I just would really like to find a place to live where I would not have to transfer myself for work or the kids for school

I dont really have official or real rental history for the past 5 years I just received the voucher in recent months The past 5 years I have lived with husband my mom and inlaws I was a stay at home mother so I did not financially bring anything to the table then I work full time and get a fair share if overtime most weeks Before getting married I never has a gap in employment My credit is poornonexisting most of this is related to no medical insurance and the whole I was a stay at home wife and mother
