hello my name is rashonda **** I have been a resident of Lake County for 6 years I was currently living in Round Lake for 5 years but the landlord didnt want to fix the water system so I have to do an emergency move where I work for Lake County Physical Therapy DHS Stellas and Jackson Hewitt taxes I moved out of the house in December of 2021 then I lived in a hotel for 2 months and then I found the house in Mundelein where Im resigning at now my lease was up and my landlord decided that he wanted to put me on a month to month lease but then later discovered upon inspection that the whole bathroom needs to be remodeled due to mold so now I have to do emergency move with my children while I was living in Mundelein for this year I have been working at Abbott but my my assignment ended last month so now Im drawing my unemployment and looking to obtain work at the American Casino in the next couple weeks

for the last past 5 years Ive been employed at Jackson Hewitt Stellas DHS Lake County Physical Therapy sometimes I work one or two jobs at the same time I was working for Aerotek at Abbott but my job assignment ended last month so now Im getting unemployment and my son works my credit score was at 870 but because Ive been getting my credit ran since April of 2021 up until now my credit score has went down to a 580
