My name is **** **** and I am new to Charlotte and seeking immediate Housing I ported My Voucher from KY to NC on June #*#*# hidden# I have been a section 8 recipient since 2015 although I ported my voucher in June of 2021 I didnt actually receive my signed Voucher from Charlotte Housing Authority until January 2022 since then I have been actively looking for housing I moved to Charlotte in August 2021 to take a job under the impression that my portal process would only take 6090 days Ive been living at the Wood Spring Hotel for the last almost 7 months paying 450 per week Im looking to move to any apartment townhouse or single family home thats in a safe neighborhood as soon as possible My Voucher bedroom allowance is for a two bedroom the occupants will be myself a 38 year old Woman and my 17 year old Daughter My Voucher price allowance is #*#*# hidden# if all utilities are included #*#*# hidden# apartmentcondo #*#*# hidden# townhomeduplex and #*#*# hidden# house I have no pets and no requirements other than well kept unit I do not wish to live in or around poor kept conditions I am quiet and to myself I work and go home I do not smoke or drink and will not be a loudrowdy tenant
