Myself 47 and my husband 36 are looking for a twothree bedroom house apartment or town home to rent starting around the 20th of March 2023 I am on disability and have a service dog We also have a small 8lb dog Both are house broken and neither one has ever used the bathroom in the home chewed on anything or dug any holes Both are very friendly and well behaved dogs My husband has an online business that he mainly runs out of the home We would love to find a house around Goldsboro area but we are flexible if the right property is open within a 2535 mile range

We have been living in a doublewide mobile home in Hookerton for the past 8 years With my husbands new business and the owner of the mobile home wanting to upgrade the home we decided a move was needed We have paid 450 a month for the past eight years and have never been late or short on the monies each month I myself do not have a credit score Although that depends which company you use One shows that i have a score of 620 and another shows i do not have one The only thing on mine is past medcal and hospital bills due to the past 67 years that i have been sick and was not able to get affordable health coverage due to my illnesses I have one felony one my background check due to an abusive ex boyfriend over ten years ago taking some of my property and pawning it I found out where he had pawned my things and went and got them without a pawn ticket He in return went and took out a warrant on me for obtaining property by false pretense Because he had the pawn ticket in his name they meaning the judge and DA t assumed that the property belonged to him I did not have any recepits to show because i moved here from Mississippi seven years prior to that Also what paperwork i did have he kept because I had to leave in the middle of the night with nothing but one bag and i was put up some where safe that he could not find me for two years I had to basically start my life all over again with nothing but the clothes on my back I think that should about sum everything up
