Hello I do not have a specific move out date but I do plan on moving soon I am a single young 35 yr old lady that lives alone and needs a safer area to live in I do have a housing voucher with Las Vegas NV and I am currently looking for a job I was hoping to be able to have up to date appliances such as in unit washerdryer sink center counter in kitchen dishwasher fireplace balcony apartment gym pool and jacuzzi maybe my own garage gated and very clean An Apartment condo or townhome would be nice Thank You

My Credit score is at 614 I have been living in my current apartment for about 4 rears since Ive been in Las Vegas I lived in Hayward CA for 9 years and in San Leandro CA for 11 I do not have any evictions on my record and I do not have any problems with keeping my place in great shape
