Me 52 My daughter is 30 I have 2 pets 5 yr old Yorkie completely potty trained 1 female cat that i jad adopted she is 1 if cats arent allowed that is fine I know someone who wants her anyways lol but I do foster kittens for the Animal Rescue League only kittens for about a month and then they go back and get put up for adoption I would need to move April 1st 2023 I am due for a review with Section 8 so I dont know if the voucher amount will go up or not My daughter works at RACC and also attends college classes there I have Reading Pa Section 8 for the city only So I would like a 2 bedroom 1 bath possibly 3 if its in my voucher amount 1st floor would be nice but 2nd is fine to I can not do 3rd floor apartments the steps is alot for me I cant go past the 2nd floor

I have lived at 143 N 8th st for the past 1 5 years previous owner died and now a new owner bought the building and he has a management company that does not and I mean does not fix anything So I am gonna move when lease runs out Prior to this place I lived at 144 N 6th st for a 1 year until I found something better Prior to that place I lived at 232 N 6th St for 12 years I moved because I was in a 1 bedroom and I wanted something bigger and I was adding my daughter on to my Section 8 with me My credit score isnt the greatest but I am working on it Im a very good clean respectful tenant I pay my rent on time every month and I always pay the full amount even before I was approved for Section 8 Rent is the 1st thing I always pay before anything else I dont drink anymore and I dont really have parties unless its my daughter birthday then we might have a few people over for cake Other then that we are very good tenants and neighbors
