I am a single mom with 3 children A 15 year old girl An 11 year old girl with type 1 diabetes And a 7 year old boy My kids are polite and friendly and helpful to anyone and everyone We are quiet and like staying in and spending time together We have a great family support system close by I grew up in Franklin and lived there until I was 22 and am ready to come home and move my kids back there where they were happy and thriving and so was I

For the last 5 years I have been on section 8 living in apartments in Nashville The first ones we lived in ended up being the most unsafe place we could have moved and I didnt know until it was too late and we were stuck We stayed there for 3 years And since then we have been in another apartment complex in Nashville that is safer and quieter but I have had some issues here with maintenance The maint man never fixes anything and I dont complain often I just let them know whats going on so that there arent any issues and they cant say I didnt tell them But recently there was a gas leak in the main gas line as this is a very old bldg and I went for several months with no heat or hot water because the apartment complex did not want to have it fixed or even work with me to help me get it fixed They eventually did fix it reluctantly but I have had enough of Nashville and am ready to come back to Franklin where we belong I do not owe either apartments any money and I pay my bills and take care of my children
