I am a single 32 year old mother of a handsome 6 year old boy and we are looking finally by the grace of God looking for our home. We will need to have 2 bedrooms, if not a house then a unit on the bottom floor, we do not have any pets. We also really need a place that has either a washer and dryer in the unit or on-site laundry facility, preferably within walking distance to necessity businesses. I have a section 8 housing voucher from the city of Amarillo Texas, we would like a house however duplexes, triplexes, townhomes, apartments etc will also suffice.

We were staying with family but now have been blessed with this program. So my rental history for the last 5 years is not applicable, my credit score isn't the best and it's due to medical bills over the past 3 years before I got insurance.
