Myself 45 yr old female my 19 yr old son and my 5 yr old niece who is on the spectrum We have 2 adult cats that are neutered and have shots Both are considered companion animals and have letters from Dr But are well behaved and litter box trained My move in date would be as soon as available home is found and paperwork completed Bremerton housing authority is who we received our section 8 through although we are also working with Kitsap community resources who is offering up to 3x the amount of deposit if helpful Currently I am not working because of the needs of my niece but probably will go back when she starts full day school My son has a website selling shoes part time while hes getting ready to start college My income currently is TANF But expect social security for niece also within a year based on her disability Our requirements are for a 3 bedroom Our voucher is for up to 2950 including our utilities which are already calculated into our monthly income to make sure we can afford everything I have been looking for rent around 2700 max We are not picky as far as townhouse single family home duplex or dbl wide mobile It can be single story or 2 story No apartments wanted and need 2 bathrooms Also would prefer a home with living room and family room as I do have grandkids who like to have sleep over at times Also a yard even small is ok and we have 2 vehicles for parking purposes I am recently in the last 15 years widowed and keep to myself I keep a very clean house and my current landlord will give me an excellent reference to that as also I always pay my rent on time and in full Ive lived in my current place almost 3 years and am needing to move because we are in a 2 bedroom My niece and I have shared a bedroom since I got her and we both could use our own spaces I am a responsible and reliable tenant and take very good care of my home My kids and my animals Thank you for taking the time to read this and consideration of renting your home to us

Currently live in same apt for almost 3 years Before that rented home in poulsbo for 12 months Both have good references and left no money owed Before that I rented from a family friend for 2 years who was a veteran with 100 disability from brain injury I was aware of his condition but was unaware he also had periods of psychosis Everything was good until he became mentally overwhelmed and couldnt manage his rentals and evicted all 3 of his tenants including myself I did leave owing no money to him And am still a friend to him although I now have an eviction on my record He will also validate this and give me a good reference
