I have never been evicted and have a good tenant review As far as credit its poor due to not ever having anything as far credit card or leasing of a vehicle I own my car paid cash So Im in the process of working on my credit as we speak I dont own no past due landlords or nothing of the sort I do have a prior background but it is all over 7 years old
