I wish I could give a 6-star rating to Heritage Woods Apartments in Redmond WA. I was a third-party observer to the entire process, from the first appointment with Roshan Patel (so professional, so kind, and just SO NICE!) to the dozens of pages of paperwork required for the initial application, and even more on lease-signing day. My boyfriends young daughter is relocating to Redmond and needed our help in finding her an apartment before she got here. We were bracing ourselves for some major hurdles and for the subpar customer service that we typically receive in such important endeavors. But we were pleasantly surprised by every single encounter, and ultimately by the entire experience. I spent many years in the service industry where my #1 Rule was: Treat Everyone with Respect for Their Dignity, and thats exactly the treatment we received from every person we encountered (including the very nice maintenance man!). Letusha Quinn (Regional Property Manager) was extraordinarily helpful on lease-signing day (in person!), as was Roshan (he even offered to lend us his own personal dolly for moving if we needed it! Who does that?!). We were also assisted by Julie & Jodie (forgive me if Im getting the names wrong) in the initial application process (such specialists!) and they couldnt have been nicer, more patient, or easier to work with. I still cant believe how helpful and what experts everyone was!As for the property, its clearly a well cared for representation of the beauty of PNW living. The 1B apartment itself (built to last over 50 years ago!) is perfect. Its light, bright, quiet, huge (820+ sq. ft.!), and most importantly, actually affordable! The location is ideal, with downtown Redmond (and my own condo) just a short walk away. Its all too perfect and still feels too good to be true.I cant say enough about this entire experience. My only concern is on our end -- that this young Millennial will appreciate how lucky she was to have landed at HWA and will behave accordingly, so as to deserve it going forward (fingers crossed).Thank you to everyone who assisted us and for making such an important day in our lives such a special and pleasant experience. We couldnt have asked for more. more ...
