Ive been living here for almost a year now These are the best apartments I have ever lived in The 3bd 2bth are spacious and with lots of closets and shelving in the master bathroom I absolutely love the walk in closet in the master bedroom Mostly my Ive been living here for almost a year now These are the best apartments I have ever lived in The 3bd 2bth are spacious and with lots of closets and shelving in the master bathroom I absolutely love the walk in closet in the master bedroom Mostly my family and I love the Sonoran staff When I moved in we where given a paper on a rent to own washer and dryer company to help us get one Shari has worked with us multiple times when we have questions or any concerns She put together holiday themed crafts for the children in the complex on multiple occasions As for the Maitence employees they are always quick on time and very polite My heater wouldnt turn on today and they where out here within the hour and after 15 minutes my house is now getting toasty I really appreciate the the little things here Like getting a call when a package arrived or just a friendly wave in the morning I have moved a lot in my life and have never experienced such a great place full of wonderful peoplemore ...hide ...
Apartments are great and so was the staff UNTIL I needed my 100s back because Ive found something else My security deposit sky rocketed because I had a previous eviction which I get But when I say I wanted my money back Michelle tried everything she Apartments are great and so was the staff UNTIL I needed my 100s back because Ive found something else My security deposit sky rocketed because I had a previous eviction which I get But when I say I wanted my money back Michelle tried everything she could to lower the money for me to move in Which I originally wanted the 299 move in special It ended up being 1784 all together I just couldnt do it She tried to lower my rate she tried to let me just pay a certain amount She said I couldnt get my 100 back which was bull I wasnt giving her an option I got my 100 back its a nice place from looking at it but they try to screw you over with the security deposit Dont let them push you around in the end its YOUR business they want Dont let them run you I had her pretty much begging me to take the place Maybe she shouldnt have tried to screw me over with the security deposit and did me right in the beginning when I was interested in the placemore ...hide ...

Delois Jackson is an amazing manager and her staff is amazing as well. I dont even like living in apartments and the typical staff make it even worse. I wish all management was like this. I applied for rent assistance and received a call over a week later requesting additional documents. I was told once all documents are received it could take another month to get approved. I explained that my September rent is due and October is a few days away and there is no rent haven, the lady was very short tempered and belittling telling me rudely €œdo you think your the only one who needs help?!€ and then attempts to pass the buck by telling me apply for DES rental assistance (even though I was denied and trying to get ahold of a DES Rep is near impossible as I€™ve tried calling them for the last 3 weeks what a joke!). I had enough of this rude lady and just hung up on her, just because you work for the county doesn€™t give you the ok to treat tax payers with disrespect! If your almost a month behind and need help with your rent payment, look elsewhere or be prepared to wait 4-6 weeks for an answer which by then you€™ll already be facing an eviction notice. The local government is a joke!more ...hide ...
