I had enough of this rude lady and just hung up on her, just because you work for the county doesnt give you the ok to treat tax payers with disrespect! If your almost a month behind and need help with your rent payment, look elsewhere or be prepared to wait 4-6 weeks for an answer which by then youll already be facing an eviction notice.
