Maintenance is outstanding, and the grounds are always well-kept. The Clubhouse and large pool with a hot tub and palm trees make it a perfect spot to curl up with a book or just relax with your favorite beverage and take in the Arizona atmosphere. It's clear that the philosophy and mission statement are rooted in kindness and compassion, and when you think about it - which you should - it's how it should be! My neighbors are the best I've ever had and my villa is quite spacious and intelligently designed. I have a nice yard, garage and I'm able to do some gardening which I'm passionate about. Delois Jackson is an amazing manager and her staff is amazing as well. I dont even like living in apartments and the typical staff make it even worse. I wish all management was like this. I applied for rent assistance and received a call over a week later requesting additional documents. I was told once all documents are received it could take another month to get approved. I explained that my September rent is due and October is a few days away and there is no rent haven, the lady was very short tempered and belittling telling me rudely €œdo you think your the only one who needs help?!€ and then attempts to pass the buck by telling me apply for DES rental assistance (even though I was denied and trying to get ahold of a DES Rep is near impossible as I€™ve tried calling them for the last 3 weeks what a joke!). I had enough of this rude lady and just hung up on her, just because you work for the county doesn€™t give you the ok to treat tax payers with disrespect! If your almost a month behind and need help with your rent payment, look elsewhere or be prepared to wait 4-6 weeks for an answer which by then you€™ll already be facing an eviction notice. The local government is a joke!more ...hide ...
