For the past ten years, I have seen three managers come and go from the office. The current manager's corporate skills need to be reviewed--she isn't great with people. If you'd like to take a look for yourself, it's quite nice; although there can be issues with kitchen exhaust blowing back into the fire alarms if you don't keep the door open. It's in a great spot with access to light rail, schools, and highways nearby. Low-income families can also benefit from this affordable housing as it has elevators for buildings on higher floors so you don't have to walk up stairs. My only problem is when parents are not watching their kids or they vandalize things outside; otherwise I'd highly recommend these apartments! They offer two spacious bedrooms with living room in between, two bathrooms (one in master bedroom), but no windows in kitchen area unfortunately which is disappointing. My mother lived at the Rose Garden Senior Home a few years ago the apartment was big and spacious The complex was safe and clean the people were very friendly I would and have recommended
