Recently, they called us three times, including once last week to say there was one available. After my mother put down a $100 deposit on Wednesday, we were told to come in the next day to start paperwork. We arrived at 1:50 – half an hour before her lunch break ended – but when we entered the office, they acted like they had no idea why we were there or that an appointment was necessary. According to their sign, you only need an appointment on Saturdays! When my mom asked when she could do it, the manager was very rude and asked us what we needed (again). We didn't bring everything that was needed since they never told us ahead of time what documents would be required. In light of their unprofessional attitude, we decided to leave altogether. To top it off, their entrance gate wasn't working so anyone could have just come in (we noticed this days prior). As if that weren't enough already – there was also a man taking trash out of the dumpster and making a mess! What a terrible experience this place is... more ... hide ...
