When I called they said they only rent out to people who work in agriculture This place also constantly posts their apartments all over Craigslist even though they have no apartments available

I lived in the apt complex and once I got the apt I noticed the complex gate was not working it allowed anyone to enter the complex it was addressed to their attention that random people have been parking in the parking lot and leaving their cars for I lived in the apt complex and once I got the apt I noticed the complex gate was not working it allowed anyone to enter the complex it was addressed to their attention that random people have been parking in the parking lot and leaving their cars for weeks and when it was addressed when are they going to fix the gate they stated its to expensive to repair the gate Their has been two robberies in one of the buildings and all they said was call the police I likes the complex because it was gates and I thought moving into the complex its going to be a good apartment complex but I thought wrong I feel Unsecure leaving my apartment knowing that anyone could come in I had called over and over to have them fix some issues Im was having in my apartment and its still was not getting done and it had been more than three months since I reported my issues I will not recommend this complex they need to work on communication and fixing the issues the renters are really concern about make the renters feel like they are coming to an apartment they can hall HOME more ... hide ...

You would think they would be a little more lenient with Late rent for a Low income place instead they seem to be eager to start the eviction process with no exceptions and of course u cover the 50 Late fee as a Shame on UCosmetically they seem to tr You would think they would be a little more lenient with Late rent for a Low income place instead they seem to be eager to start the eviction process with no exceptions and of course u cover the 50 Late fee as a Shame on UCosmetically they seem to try pretty hard to keep it looking Presentable with the exception of the playground and the elevators which i can only describe as questionable walls are kind of thin sound wise and they seem to do a lot of inspections of your apartment so you can expect management to visit somewhat often with the 24hr notice on your door of course Other than that its not to bad more ... hide ...
