When we first entered the leasing office, a member was just staring at us, no introduction or greeting. Morgan then stepped in and welcomed us, making us forget the awkward start. We loved the location of the complex and how clean it was; plus we were looking forward to working with Morgan since she was so prepared. When we wanted to compare 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom floorplans, we contacted them again for another viewing but that's when Creekstone lost our interest as renters. The property manager Cherie was condescending and wasn't listening to our needs at all; even after Morgan returned from vacation and tried accommodating us, we still weren't interested anymore due to the PM's attitude. Negative reviews for this complex are understandable - if you want to avoid frustration/headaches then rent elsewhere instead of dealing with this crew (including PM). more ... hide ...

Ive lived here since 2007 and love this place and still do Office staff and maintenance are friendly and helpful All the neighbors I know love this place just as much as I do Creekstone is our Home
