When we first entered the leasing office, a member was just staring at us, no introduction or greeting. Morgan then stepped in and welcomed us, making us forget the awkward start. We loved the location of the complex and how clean it was; plus we were looking forward to working with Morgan since she was so prepared. When we wanted to compare 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom floorplans, we contacted them again for another viewing but that's when Creekstone lost our interest as renters. The property manager Cherie was condescending and wasn't listening to our needs at all; even after Morgan returned from vacation and tried accommodating us, we still weren't interested anymore due to the PM's attitude. Negative reviews for this complex are understandable - if you want to avoid frustration/headaches then rent elsewhere instead of dealing with this crew (including PM).more ...hide ...

Ive lived here since 2007 and love this place and still do Office staff and maintenance are friendly and helpful All the neighbors I know love this place just as much as I do Creekstone is our Home

My wife and I have lived in the apartment complex for a while now and I would recommend this complex to anyone and everyone looking in the Greeley area. Any time we have had an issue in the apartment (which honestly doesnt happen a lot, everything is in good condition) the maintenance team has always got it done either that day or first thing the next day, and they always do a great job! Management is VERY kind and helpful, we have never had an issue with the management. Luis Castro and Ashley Gonzalez are always polite and dont just see you as a resident they take the time to get to know you! The property is very well maintained and clean. Its nice to have a gym on the property with 24/7 access, and a pool that is very clean as well. The apartments, for being an older complex, are very clean and tidy, I have had very few issues with my apartment! I dont have to drive very far to work, its close to entertainment as well as restaurants or shopping, which is GREAT! I would DEFINATLEY recommend Franklin Flats Apartments.more ...hide ...
