After living here for one and a half years, I got bugs last summer. I sent multiple emails, made many phone calls, and wrote a letter to the office, but no one offered to help me. As a result, I had to use a bug bomb in my place. I requested for my tub to be resurfaced months ago and it still hasn't been fixed. They changed the locks and disabled the pin pad to access the building in January, rendering me unable to stay in my home. I got a key just recently after a lot of hassle. I had to rely on my neighbors to let me in. Colorado law states that a lockout is illegal without an eviction notice and I paid my rent on time, so that wasn't the case. I still had to pay for that month's rent despite their reluctance to allow me to access my house. Avoid this place if you can, to spare yourself from these grievances.more ...hide ...
Dont live here if you can help it close to light rail is both benift with easy walk to access and very bad with all the wrong crowd it brings from homeless to criminals who have that same easy access to your apartment

Very clean inside and grounds are well maintained Offer lots of activities for residents Staff is friendly and willing to help with questions and quickly fix any maintenance issues
Bad place, tried to evict me twice over things I did not even do, others have special privileges, many are related and live right next door to each other, fair housing? In 4 years they did not fix one issue in my unit. We had gotten to know the manager and her family very well. We vacated, wrote and hand-delivered the payment for the final month's rent and did a spot-cleaning of the apartment. A few months later, we were served with a summons. They were suing us for the last month's rent and damages. They asserted that they had not been given our check (thankfully I had evidence that it had been cashed) and tried to hold us liable for a $1000 leak in the bathroom ceiling. We had reported it multiple times and it had never been fixed. It emerged that the man we were told was the maintenance guy was not actually the maintenance guy, so it was never relayed to the manager. We asked why we had to go to court. Why hadn't they alerted us earlier? It happened that they had "attempted" to get in touch with us by delivering notifications to the apartment in their building that we had just moved out of...?? Eventually, they got us for a new carpet as we were two months away from the "normal wear and tear 3 year guarantee" plus court costs; but they had made an effort for a lot more. Bringing photographs of damage in another apartment and claiming it was ours. (Grateful again that I was able to disprove this). They look away when it comes to drug deals, fights, and other unlawful activity, making this place not suitable formore ...hide ...

I asked the office about the secure garage parking and was told there are more break ins in the garage than the parking lot area! Then they sent an email saying my security is \"my problem,\" so Im guessing I was not the only tenant who had their car broken into.I would not recommend moving into these apartments. The total disregard for their tenants is more than enough for me to not extend my lease. There is zero security to keep us safe let alone monitor the property. Dont give these people your money.more ...hide ...
