I was on the waiting list for 3 years Every time I checked on the status of my application I was told I was still number 7 for a 3 bedroom I called and asked once a month and they always said they was not in the office Finally called at 430 right be I was on the waiting list for 3 years Every time I checked on the status of my application I was told I was still number 7 for a 3 bedroom I called and asked once a month and they always said they was not in the office Finally called at 430 right before closing and I was told a letter was sent in the mail to my address which I lived with my mom whom had just died that stated they could not get in contact with me and my application has been withdrawn so I never seen this letter physically This is very unfair and hurtful to people that really are trying to do better for themselves and their kids There was no way the conversation went from its going to take a while for a 3 bedroom then a month later no one could get in contact with me I do not have anything against Spanish people but applications get removed for office friends and families to get in which is not fair I asked to speak to someone above her and was told there is no one above her I sat in line for almost 2 hours Making sure all my paper work was right VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF more ... hide ...
